  $SPX simple plan here for FOMC. 1. If SPX drops to 6800 and holds... Buy the dip 2. IF SPX fails at 6800- Buy puts. 3. IF SPX gets through 6900 buy calls. 4. If SPX holds stays near 6850 just sit and watch.
