Every time XRP becomes FXRP via FAssets, it needs $FLR for collateral and gas. 0.5% of the XRP’s value is required in FLR as reserve collateral. E.g. Minting 1,000 FXRP means the user needs to supply around 650 FLR as reserve. Not optional but
