  For those saying $XRP, $ADA, etc. can't make a reserve without Congressional approval...all I can say is we ain't living in 1789 anymore. Every day the executive branch makes purchases that aren't legislatively approved. You think the Fed follows the 1913 Fed Reserve Act?!?
